2. To agree (unanimous vote in
favour) the approach on Bristol’s 2026/27 Council Tax
Reduction (CTR) scheme.
 
3. To approve (unanimous vote
in favour) the Autumn consultation option for administration
changes for Bristol’s 2026/27 Council Tax Reduction (CTR)
scheme
 
4. To approve (unanimous vote
in favour) the expansion of Bristol City Council’s Section
13A award to include people with a terminal illness.
