Purpose

Bristol Electoral Services uses Civica Xpress
software to build and administer elections and referendums.
The software is used to update and maintain the electoral register
including the annual canvass. The contract includes the tablets
used by canvassers visiting nonresponding households via a mobile
canvassing app.
This contract started on 1 Oct 2023, with an option to extend for
two further years to a maximum value of £118,200.
