That the Committee for Transport and
Connectivity:
 
1. Approved an increase in the total funding
allocation for the Temple Way scheme to £4,944,323.
 
2. Authorised the Executive Director Growth
and Regeneration in consultation with the Chair of the Transport
and Connectivity Committee to take all steps required to spend up
to the increased funding allocation as outlined in this report
including procuring and awarding contracts over the key decision
threshold.
 
3. Noted the proposed approach to meet the
shortfall through a programme change request to WECA which will
reset BCC’s budget allocations across the CRSTS
programme.
