Resources, Commissioning and Contracts Management Portfolio

The Resources, Commissioning and Contract Management Portfolio is concerned with the management of the Council's revenue budget, the capital programme and oversight of the Council's land and property holdings including the landlord function of Biggin Hill Airport. This Portfolio also manages the Council's contracts for the provision of ICT services and exchequer services as well as the Council's human resources responsibilities.   The responsibilities of this Portfolio are currently split between three executive Members as follows –   The Leader: All Financial matters and the Liberata relationship. The Deputy Leader: Human Resources, Customer Services, Communications, Democratic Services, Legal Services and IT. The Portfolio Holder for RR&H: Property and Property Procurement.
