1. 
The award of a Service Contract for a ten-year contract with the
option to extend for a further five years for the provision of
facilities and building management services at Churchill Court to
the successful bidder as detailed in Part Two of this report be
approved.

 

2. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing, Planning,
Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Resources, Commissioning and Contact Management, the Director
of Finance, the Director of Corporate Services and the Assistant
Director of Contracts & Governance to trigger the
Council’s break clause at year 5 if deemed
necessary. 

 

3. 
Authority be delegated to the Director of Housing, Planning,
Property and Regeneration in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Resources, Commissioning and Contact Management, the Director
of Finance, the Director of Corporate Services and the Assistant
Director of Contracts & Governance to apply the 5-year contract
extension as set out in Part Two of this report. 
 
4. 
Officers be asked to consider the condensation of
existing KPIs and advise the Chairman of the Executive Resources
and Contracts PDS Committee of the outcome.
