Employment Appeals

The Employee Appeals Committee considers appeals under the Council’s disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures. Members sit as a panel of three from a pool of trained Members to consider appeals.

All meetings are exempt from public attendance under paragraph 1, 2 and 3 of section 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 due to the nature of the business conducted.
