The function of this committee is to fulfil all the functions of an Overview and Scrutiny Committee as they relate to Corporate Services to include:
People and Organisation (including: Human Resources and Employee Experience, Learning and Development, Health and Safety); Customer Services (including: Customer Contact, Library Services, Civil Registration); ICT and Digital; Finance and Procurement (including Treasury Management) Legal & Governance Services (including Corporate Governance & Coroner Services); Policy and Performance and Public Protection (including Engagement, Compliments, Complaints and Freedom of Information, Civil Contingencies); Assets and Estates Management; Business Continuity.
