Community Infrastructure Levy ( CIL ) Neighbourhood Panel

The CIL Neighbourhood Panel shall oversee and make recommendations to the Cabinet on the allocation of funds from CIL in connection with non-parished areas to ensure CIL serves its purpose of contributing to the delivery of the infrastructure necessary to support development in Cheltenham.
