This sub committee has responsibility for functions under the Licensing Act 2003 (alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment) and Gambling Act 2005. Due to statutory requirements this sub-committee will meet on a case-by-case basis on dates that cannot be set in advance and 3 Members will determine the application. These 3 Members (and 1 reserve) must be chosen from the 10 full Members of the Licensing Committee.
