Standards Sub-Committee

The Standards (Hearing) Sub-Committee will consider cases, including those relating to Parish Council Members and Co-opted Members, of an alleged breach of the Members’ Code of Conduct referred by the Monitoring Officer following a report of an Investigating Officer.   Click here for more information on making a complaint about the conduct of a Cheltenham Borough Councillor, Co-opted Member or a Parish Councillor.  If you have any other queries please contact Democratic Services.   More information about the Standards (Hearing) Sub-Committee is available in the Council’s constitution.
