The Full Council meeting, attended by all Councillors in the district, meets six times a year. The Council makes decisions relating to policies and the budget of the authority. Debates on issues raised by individual Councillors take place at Full Council, and members of the public can submit questions or request to address Council as long as this is done in advance of the meeting.
