Licensing Sub Committee

The Licensing Sub-Committeeto meeton an ad hoc basis, comprising 3 Councillors (with a quorum of 3), as stated by the section 9 of the Licensing Act 2003, drawn fromthe Licensing Committee (ofwhich at least one shall, subject to availability, be the Chair or Vice-Chair of the Licensing Committee), to deal with ‘general’ licensing matters, and todeal withmatters underthe LicensingAct 2003and the Gambling Act 2003 in cases where relevant representations have been received (and not withdrawn).
