Statutory Licensing Sub-Committee

The Statutory Licensing Sub-Committee is made up of 3 Members of the Council drawn from the membership of the Statutory Licensing Committee.   The Sub-Committees are responsible for discharging the Council’s functions as a Licensing Authority under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
