Cabinet Member for Education and Skills

Each Cabinet Member is allocated a portfolio.  Key services for inclusion in this Cabinet Member Plan include Post 16 Education and Training; Schools; Early Years; Libraries; and Adult Education.   The Cabinet Member for Education is also designated as the Lead Member for Children's Services as required by Section 19 of the Children's Act 2004.
