Appointments, Remuneration and Chief Officer Conduct Committee

  The Committee is broadly responsible for making recommendations in relation to chief officer appointments, discipline issues and the review of the Pay Policy Statement.   A full description of responsibilities can be found in Part 3 of the Constitution: Responsibility for Functions.   Membership comprises Leaders of Party Groups or their nominee and one Cabinet Member nominated by the Leader of the Council, of whose remit shall be responsible for the service area within which an appointment falls to be made.
