Annandale and Eskdale Area Committee

The 4 Area Committees comprise all members representing those Wards which make up the specific area irrespective of party or group affiliation.  Area Committees as well as having a wider strategic role have a particular focus on matters which are important to local communities, be that in relation to community assets, discretionary grants, major local projects and the delivery of local services etc.   A full list of the powers delegated to this committee can be found in the Scheme of Administration and Delegations to Committee
