Civic Government Licensing Panel

This Panel considers applications for registration and licences under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, the Fireworks (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and other statutory provisions not delegated to other committees or officers.  Examples of licences/permits issued include Taxi and Private Hire, public processions and Public Entertainment Licences.   A full list of the powers delegated to this committee can be found in the Council's Scheme of Administration and Delegation to Committees
