Employment and Appeals Sub Committee

This Sub Committee is responsible for hearing appeals against dismissal; punitive disciplinary sanctions; conditions of service; employment law rights; stage 3 grievances and the short-listing and appointment of Directors,  Heads of Service or such other Officers required by Statute to be appointed or dismissed only by the Council.
