The Unacceptable Actions Policy Panel meets on
an adhoc basis as and when it is
required, to consider behaviours or actions by members of the
public that Dumfries and Galloway Council (the Council) deem to be
unacceptable or ‘vexatious’ in nature. The policy
applied by the Panel is used to help seek a resolution which is in
the best interest of the Council, the individual and the wider
community.
Membership of the Panel comprises 5 Members of
the Communities Committee.
