Licensing and Enforcement Sub Committee

The Licensing and Enforcement Sub Committee determines applications in respect of liquor licensing and includes personal and premises licences in relation to the Licensing Act 2003.  The Sub Committee will also determine public entertainment, hackney carriage and private hire licence applications. Membership is agreed separately for each Sub Committee meeting and made up of members of the Licensing and Enforcement Committee.
