Decision:
 
(1)        That the emerging
issues and next steps identified in the HGGT Quality Review Panel
Annual Report for 2024/25 be noted; and
 
(2)        That the publication
of the HGGT Quality Review Panel Annual Report for 2024/25 on the
HGGT website be agreed.
