Questions and Statements from the Public   At meetings of the Nonsuch Park Joint Management Committee, any member of the public who lives, works, attends an educational establishment or owns or leases land in the Epsom & Ewell Borough or London Borough of Sutton may ask a question or make a statement on matters relating to the management and control of the Park.   If you wish to ask a question or make a statement at a meeting of this Committee, please contact Democratic Services at: Democraticservices@epsom-ewell.gov.uk   Members of the public are requested to submit their questions in writing to Democratic Services by noon on the fifth working day before the day of the meeting. Statements are requested to be submitted in writing to Democratic Services by noon on the working day before the day of the meeting.   Questions and statements not registered within the prescribed deadlines may be accepted at the discretion of the Chair.   For more information on public speaking protocol at Committees, please see Annex 4.2 of the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Operating Framework   Terms of Reference

Number of Epsom & Ewell Councillors

Nonsuch Joint Management Committee

Nonsuch Park is managed and maintained by a Joint Management Committee, comprising an equal number of councillors from Epsom and Ewell Borough Council and the London Borough of Sutton council. The committee Chair rotates between the two councils annually.  The two councils fund, on an equal basis, the running of the Park, after taking income into account.

The committee is covered by the political balance arrangements.
