Standards & Constitution Hearing Sub Committee

Determination of complaints referred by the Monitoring Officer and Investigating Officer regarding alleged breaches of the councillors’ Code of Conduct. Such Panels shall comprise three Borough councillors serving on the Standards and Constitution Committee.

3 members
