HIWFRA 3SFire CIC Stakeholder Committee

The 3SFire CIC Stakeholder Committee is a committee of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Authority (HIWFRA), which is the sole shareholder of 3SFire CIC. The Committee is composed of 5 members and is responsible for undertaking the shareholders’ functions, including appointing, and removing Directors, reviewing and amending the Articles, and exercising the “Shareholders’ reserve power”. The day-to-day direction and management of the Company are the responsibility of the Directors.
