Staffing and Appeals Committee
About
The Staffing and Appeals Committee deals with matters relating to the Council’s responsibilities as an employer including the appointment of officers for particular purposes (proper officers). It comprises at least 5 members appointed by Council. Many staffing decisions are delegated to the Council’s Head of Paid Services to make on behalf of the Committee.
