Unparished Area Committee

The Unparished Area Committee was constituted in July 2024.   The Committee comprises all Members for the wards which are situated wholly in the unparished area of Horsham town, one Member for each ward that is situated partly in the unparished area of Horsham town and one co-opted representative from each of Horsham Denne Neighbourhood Council, Horsham Forest Neighbourhood Council and Horsham Trafalgar Neighbourhood Council.   The Committee will provide a formal forum for consultation and dialogue in relation to the special charge and other matters affecting the unparished area of Horsham town.   Pages 108 to 109 of the Horsham District Council Constitution set out the membership and Terms of Reference for the Unparished Area Committee.
