Tenants, Leaseholders, and Sheltered Tenants Joint Consultative Committee

The Tenants, Leaseholders, and Sheltered Tenants Joint Consultative Committee provides a forum for regular liaison and consultation with Tenants, Leaseholders, and Sheltered Tenants representatives on the Council’s strategies and plans.   The Tenants, Leaseholders, and Sheltered Tenants Joint Consultative Committee in particular considers and comments on:   • The Council’s housing strategy • HRA 30 Year Business plan • Specific Housing Services strategies, plans and performance • Hounslow Homes - Annual Corporate Business Plan • Quarterly performance reports from Hounslow Homes • Reports from Independent Scrutiny Panel • Reports on equal access and diversity   As an advisory body TLSTJCC may advise and make recommendations to the Cabinet and refer matters to other relevant departments.   The contact for this Committee is Ms Hibo Warsama, Housing Forums Officer in the Community Partnerships Unit, who can be contacted on 020 8583 4364 or at Hibo.Warsama@hounslow.gov.uk   Click here to acces the
