Investigating and Disciplinary Committee

The purpose of this committee is to perform functions in relation to any Governance Statutory Chief Officer where an allegation is made relating to their conduct or their capability or there is some other substantial issue that requires investigation.   The Terms of Reference for this committee can be found in the Council Constitution.
