About
The Government has allocated £19.5m to Kirkby as part of its Plan for Neighbourhoods to invest over a ten-year period. The programme requires the Council to establish a Kirkby Neighbourhood Board in accordance with the Government guidance. The Kirkby Neighbourhood Board will develop and implement a Regeneration Plan for Kirkby, setting out a vision for the town and priorities for investment and regeneration.
