Purpose
This report seeks to note the extension of the current contracts for CCTV Maintenance and repair (Lot 1) and CCTV Monitoring (Lot 2) for a period of six (6) months to allow additional time to complete competitive tendering process for the new contracts. The current contracts were for a period of ten (10) years from 1 February 2013 to 31 January 2023 (5 years + 5 years).
Decision
- To note the extension of the CCTV Maintenance and Repair Contract (Lot 1) with Eurovia Infrastructure Ltd, for a period of six (6) months, from 1 February 2023 to 31 July 2023. The contract will be increased by £109,749. The new maximum contract value will be £4,229,045.
- To note the extension of the CCTV Monitoring Contract (Lot 2) with OCS Group UK Ltd, for a period of six (6) months, from 1 February 2023 to 31 July 2023. The contract will be increased by £271,864. The new contract value will be £4,871,627.
