Individual Cabinet Member and Officer Delegated Decisions

Individual Cabinet members have delegated authority to take Non-Key Decisions (decisions below £50,000 and without a significant and lasting community impact) within their portfolio area.  This takes place outside the meetings process.    Officers of the City Council have delegated authority to take decisions that have been delegated to them under the City Council’s Constitution.    These decision notices and the reports on which they are based are published and are subject to Call-in unless they have been deemed to be urgent.    Copies of the decision notices are published here and arranged according to their publication date.
