Strategy and Resources Committee

Roles and Responsibilities:   ·                Approval of some delegated policies and strategies;   ·                Review and recommend on other non-regulatory policies and strategies;   ·                Recommend on budgetary framework;   ·                Approval of business cases for new corporate and commercial projects;   ·                Allocation of resources to new projects.   The Committee Terms of Reference are part of the Council’s Constitution and can viewed at Part 3b.
