The Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) comprises of member representatives from Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Central Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Councils and has been established to scrutinise health matters across the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care System (BLMK ICS). The JHOSC has a strategic role to play in scrutinising the delivery and outcomes of integrated care strategies relating to health services that impact on more than one local authority area.
