Employment and Appeals Committee

The Joint Employment and Appeals Committee meets as a committee in relation to all appointments of the Strategic Alliance Management Team which includes the Statutory Officers and other Chief Officers/Deputy Chief Officers (employed by the Council under Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) terms and conditions).   The Joint Employment and Appeals Committee will meet as required, as a Sub-Committee of four when dealing with a disciplinary or capability issue.
