General Licensing Sub-Committee

When required, General Licensing Sub-Committees, comprising five members who are Members of the General Licensing Committee, will be established to consider any matters referred to them which relate to,   Matters arising under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (as amended by the Police and Crime Act 2009),   Private hire and/or hackney carriage matters,   Scrap metal sites and operators.
