The General Licensing and Registration Committee considers licensing policy relating to: ·        Part B of the Schedule 1, Part B of the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) (England) Regulations 2000 (e.g. concerning hackney carriage and private hire vehicle licences) ·        Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended by section 27 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (concerning sex establishments)
