Appeals Committee

The role of the Appeals Committee is to hear appeals by Statutory Governance Officers against actions short of dismissal imposed by the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee; consider the report of the Independent Investigator and the findings of the Investigating and Disciplinary Committee; conduct further investigation where necessary; and decide how to proceed.
