Companies Governance Executive Committee

The Companies Governance Executive Committee is established to ensure that the Council's strategic objectives are met across the group of companies or other entities in which the Council has an interest such as shares or a financial interest, the right to appoint a director or for which it is a member and to support the development of the group in line with the Council's Governance Handbook and Commercial Strategy.
