Executive Board

The Executive Board is made up of the Leader of the Council, Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holders.  It can take Key and other Executive Decisions, unless they have been delegated to a specific Executive Committee or individual within the Scheme of Delegation.  It can also require the development of plans and strategies for approval by full Council that form the Policy Framework.
