Appeals Committee

The Appeals Committee will review and make decisions on appeals following the relevant laws and guidelines, including:  

·         Employment appeals (dismissal/redundancy/grading).

·         Aids and adaptations appeals.

·         Home to school transport appeals.

·         Terminations of tenancy at will.

·         Hear Stage 2 hearings under the Chief Executive Grievance Procedure.
