Strategic Environment, Planning and Transport Committee

The Strategic Environment, Planning and Transport Committee is responsible for functions including:

·       Planning, Highways and Transport services of the authority (except Highways maintenance which is the responsibility of HNL Committee)

·       Focus on strategic environment and climate change

·       Traffic management

·       Flood prevention scrutiny

·       Partnerships: To be responsible for any joint arrangements and partnerships relevant to the functions of the committee
