Shared Appointments Panel with Middlesbrough Borough Council

The Panel may exercise all the powers of the Authority, in accordance with the Officer Employment Procedure Rules in insofar as they involve the appointment of chief officers and to interview candidates insofar as such appointments relate to posts involving the management of shared service arrangements.
