The Cabinet is comprised of the Leader and six other councillors, who are all members of the biggest political group on the council. It has overall responsibility for services that the Council provides and works within the overall policies and budget agreed by the Council. Meeting webcasts Our meetings are webcast so that you can see how the council makes decisions that affect you. Our aim is to promote openness and accountability, and to support greater participation in local democracy. You can watch key Council meetings conducted in public live, or view the archived version. Archived versions are available within 48 hours of broadcast. They remain online for 12 months. This particular meeting is webcast. If you attend the meeting in person, but do not wish to be filmed, you should make this known to Democratic Services on arrival.
