Planning Board meetings currently take place every three weeks on a Thursday.
The Planning Board consists of a Chair, Vice-Chair and 13 other Elected Members of the Council.

If you wish to speak on any item under consideration by the Planning Board please email development.management@rotherham.gov.uk and include the application reference and address Your comments will be made known to the Planning Board when it considers the application and you will be written to advising of the date and time of the Planning Board meeting to exercise your right to speak. Meeting webcasts Our meetings are webcast so that you can see how the council makes decisions that affect you. Our aim is to promote openness and accountability, and to support greater participation in local democracy. You can watch key Council meetings conducted in public live, or view the archived version. Archived versions are available within 48 hours of broadcast. They remain online for 12 months. This particular meeting is webcast. If you attend the meeting in person, but do not wish to be filmed, you should make this known to Democratic Services on arrival.
