Approval of the Customer Experience Strategy

Resolved:-
 
(1)         
that approval is given to the Customer Experience Strategy 2025
– 2028;
 
(2)         
that in connection with (1) above, the Assistant Chief Executive is
authorised to implement the Customer Experience Strategy across the
