That approval is given to appropriate land
associated with the redevelopment of land at Crosswells Road,
Oldbury to deliver 12 new affordable homes for rent from the
General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account (as shown for
identification purposes on the attached plan).

That the Chief Finance Officer amend the asset and ownership
records and adjust the accounts accordingly.

Alternative options considered

The land remains the responsibility of the
General Fund.
If the site is not appropriated from the Council’s General
Fund to the Housing Revenue Account, then the correct accounting
treatment of council assets may not be undertaken.
