Primary Responsibilities Cross cutting responsibility for Climate Change strategies, including: Climate Change Prospectus & Net Zero Energy Strategy & framework, Air Quality Strategy Landscape & Biodiversity, strategy for enhancement of the natural environment & biodiversity Fair Trade Low Emission Vehicle Strategy and EV Charging Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Strategy and Projects  Local Development Plan & all Town and Country Planning executive functions Development Management Performance and Resources Neighbourhood Planning Building Control Extending Home Ownership Mobile Connectivity Borough wide Broadband Strategy, including requirements from new development.
