*Decision making to be through full Cabinet   Primary Responsibilities   Council Leader & Cabinet Chairman Council Plan & Priorities Strategic relationships, liaison & policy development Representative on Bodies/organisations including for example West Midlands Combined Authority   Overall Economic Development strategies, incl. external funding and inward investment, UK Central, Transport Policy, Borough Digital, Cultural and Arts.   Lead Member for East Birmingham & North Solihull Growth Zone   Strategic land and property acquisitions/disposals/developments Town Centre Masterplans and Property Strategic Assets including BHX shareholding   Integrated Care System (ICS) Partnership Health & Wellbeing Board Chair   Lead member for liaison with other Lead Safeguarding Partners relating to the Solihull Safeguarding Children Partnership, Solihull Safeguarding Adults Board and the Community Safety Partnership.
