Following
consideration of the officer report, appendices and discussion, the
Executive:
 
a.   
Considered the overall approach to devolution set
out in the report which reflects the draft Asset and Service
Devolution Framework.
 
b.   
Agreed to adopt the draft Asset and Service
Devolution Framework.
