Employment and Staffing Committee

The Employment and Staffing Committee is made up of 7 Councillors and will reflect the proportionality of the Council. The committee membership will normally include the lead cabinet member with responsibility for staffing matters.   The committee deals with employment policies, monitoring, the appointment of senior management, re-gradings and disciplinary issues.   Further information for members of the public can be found at the below link.
